1. How long does it take to make a puzzle?
   
Answer - Ready to ship puzzles usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks after confirmation of payment.               Custom puzzles take from 5 to 7 weeks due to coordination of personal pieces, cutting and shipment time.

2. How do I pay for a puzzle?

Answer - We use PayPal for the processing of payments. You will receive a bill from us listing the cost for your puzzle. You can make a payment through PayPal without having your own personal account. Yes, you can use your credit card through PayPal. Special arrangements can also be made for those who wish to pay by check.

3. How much does a puzzle cost?

Answer - The base price is $1.75 per puzzle piece. Our puzzles average 1.7 pieces per square inch.  How this equates to size and number of pieces...a 10"x10" puzzle would have around 170 pieces...so the price would be 170 pieces X $1.75 = $297.50 plus shipping.

4. How many personal pieces will I get in a puzzle?

Answer - Every puzzle gets 1 Tahoe Bear...Beyond that, we include about 3 personal pieces for every 100 regular puzzle pieces. These custom pieces are included in the standard price of a puzzle.

5. Is there a minimum charge for a puzzle?

Answer - Yes, The minimum price is based on a 100 piece puzzle. We just have to do this due to the fixed cost of supplies which includes the beautiful puzzle box. Also, each puzzle is handcrafted which equals a lot of man hours.
